Due to the perishable nature of flowers we cannot accept returns.
If you believe your flowers were not handled with the highest care, or you received the wrong item, we're here to help!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include pictures of the item in question.

Dahlia Tubers

If you are at all dissatisfied with your tubers please reach out with photos of your concerns within 72 hours of opening and inspecting.

Other non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards and flower subscriptions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your pictures, and let you know if a replacement, refund, or partial refund was approved or not. If a refund or partial refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
